Invited candidates may attend the in-person audition on December 1. Travel, lodging, and meals are your responsibility.

Verify hotel, restaurant, museum, show, and experience reservations.
Coordinate special events, baggage handling, and transportation.
Orient travelers and guide the daily flow of the itinerary.
Resolve guest requests and in-field issues with composure.
Inspire guests to imagine their next Now Journey adventure.
What makes you thrive

Judgment, warmth, and uncommon composure

There is no single academic path to this work. A diploma or degree is preferred, and experience in hospitality, travel, tour management, or a related field is especially valuable. CITM or similar accreditation is welcome, but not required.

Flexible, creative, and visibly calm under pressure.
Exceptionally attentive to details and punctual—meaning early.
A strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
Comfortable with Google Drive, Excel, internet, and Wi-Fi tools.
Physically ready for walking, luggage handling, and active days.
Able to work up to 14 hours a day and deploy internationally for up to 3+ months; average assignments are six weeks.
